Fiona is my 1994 Volvo 850 2.5L 10v. I bought her with three friends to go on a road trip to Budapest. However when brining her in for her APK (Dutch MOT), the mechanic diagnosed some issues and recommended we'd not take her on a big road trip. We borrowed my parents Citroën Berlingo and had a blast on our road trip. Afterwards we tried to sell Fiona but she was pretty unpopular. I decided to take on fixing her and bought-out the other guys for a small amount. She probably needs a new PCV-system, cranckcase pressure is high, engine is running rich (blackened spark plugs) and now and then the engine ticks (sounds like valve lifters). She also seems to lack some power. I am now working on it and found that there was water leaking into the passenger side footwell, causing moist and fungi all around the vehicle. I discovered all four drains below the windscreen were clogged so I cleared them, releasing a lot of water. I cleaned the interior and the car now seems to remain dry.

Future Modifications:
When I fix the mechanical issues I am planning to replace the headlights for clear ones, replace the taillights for tasteful new ones (not sure what kind yet), tint the rear windows, replace interior lighting with LED(strips), possibly place a quality subwoofer, give the car some nice rims (cannot decide on sporty, classy, flashy or tough 'cross country' look), possibly paint/dip some of the trim including side mirrors, roof rails, grille. Replace rear bumper(mounts), fit tasteful aftermarket styling front bumper (possibly with some LED daytime running lights but I have never seen this and liked it so maybe I'll skip those). If I have some money to spare I might want to have a fully retractable roof installed but that's just a wild thought since I am only a student and don't have that kind of money to throw around.
