Default water leaking 2000 v70 driver floor car parked

Water leaking into driver floor when car parked on uneven driveway. Driver side lower than passenger side. Water overflowing rubber gasket, below windshield, at left corner and running down firewall and mostly running into wheel well area. Shortly after overflow occurs, water starts leaking into driver side floor. Both Drainlines from rubber below windshield wiper clear, water test of windshield and sunroof show no leaks. Water only leaks in booming rain when car at uneven angle, allowing water to overflow gasket at left corner instead of flowing slightly uphill to driver side drainline. Water seems to be leaking thru firewall, How do I remove carpet and pinpoint and then repair leak that seems to be in the driver side , firewall or left corner driver side. Thanks in advance for any help. My wife says fix it fast or buy me a new one! Edzo

Removed carpet driver side found lots of water on metal floor board under fire retarding yellow sound proofing layer that occurs under carpet. Took a long time with box fan and towels to fully dry this waterlogged material, glad i took up carpet! Found 2 additional drainlines that release water that gathers in rectangular box under fuses on driver side. When that box fills it overflows onto firewall and was the source of the leaking into the driver side carpet. Took car to Jiffy Lube and had both drainlines blown out and cleared with air pressure by sticking air pressure nozzle into the bottom of both drain lines from under car. Ten dollars was the charge and the problem was solved with out dis assembly of fusebox which would have been required to get to the top of the 2 drainlines. Edzo
