hallo

i have a VOLVO 265 GLE model 1980(like this : http://www.volvo240-260register.nl/vloot/images/foto's/399.jpg (http://www.volvo240-260register.nl/vloot/images/foto's/399.JPG target=)) and i want to add someextra electrical switches inside.

The interior in the middle where the switches are like that one http://www.volvoklubs.lv/photo/Gal_2xx/slides/v2xx_04.html (http://www.volvoklubs.lv/photo/Gal_2xx/slides/v2xx_04.html target=)

The problem i have is that all the positions are alreadyfull as my edition is the full-extra (electric windows/mirrors, a/c etc.)

I want to ask if there is any other position that can drill and put the same kind of switches (as the original ones) ??? I was thinking left & right from the clockOR from driver's side above the airflow grill. The only problem here is that i don't know the exact location of the pipes that bring the air to the grilles.

I want some suggestions urgently !!!!

Thanks very much

If there is no more space on that switch panel then what about where the ashtray is if you don't smoke of course?

unfortonately i am using the ashtray as well as most of my friends (both of them)

I will make an attempt tomorrow to check if i can put them above the airflow grill from the driver's side (between the door and steering wheel), coze i dont like the idea to put them next to the clock (if this is possible)

Anyway, thank u very much for your suggestion !
