Can someone give me directions on how to clean the throttle body on a 2001 XC-70? I tried a search and nothing came up. I'm sure it has been done. Also, outside of a throttle body gasket, what other parts might I need? Thanks,
Glenn

It is not all that bad. Remove the intercooler hose from the intercooler and throttle body. The throttle body side is a pain most of the time. There is a few sensors and a hose in the pipe you need to remove.
Then unplug the throttle body. The plug is mounted to the engine harness like by the engine mount. If it has never been off the wire will run behind the starter to block bracket. Then remove the throttle body from the intake and clean it.
