Yeah... when I bought the car a couple of months ago, I noticed that the heater hoses were disconnected. Wondering if this was done because of a heater core leak, I reconnected them and sure enough, the interior got nice and foggy.
Ordered a new core from FCP and spent most of a morning putting it in... got some nasty bruises on my stomach where I laid against the threshold.

Reinstalled the door sill. The first time I missed the mark by about an inch.

Stopped the leak at my drivers side rear window. Helps to have the window all the way up.

Tried to use 1000 grit sand paper to revitalize my fake suade. Didn't work.

I replaced one of the oil cooler lines! That wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be! Only took an hour and a half. Getting ready to run the 1/4 mile in 2 days! FixxFest here I come!!

What my 1999 Volvo s80 t6 did to me---decided to quit going foward in anything but 1st gear. $3000 or so for a rebuilt tranny--car is only worth about that. But it served me well. Over 300,000 miles in a very very comfortable and fast vehicle. Anyone need some parts??? body is in excellent condition, engine has some small issues. It's going to Volvo heaven unless I can find a mechanic that wants it and can rebuild the tranny---it could be a cheap nice car for the mechanic . Just purchased a 1996 Mustang convertible--first American car in over 17 years. Gonna miss my T6!!!!!! RIP!!

Yesterday - Fixed the cruise in the wagon.

Wednesday - Replaced the door latch in the S70.

Today - Will clean both and pop some rivets in the S70 bumper/wheel skirt.

Replaced the bushing in the top engine mount. The rubber had degraded in the old one; all that was left was the outer rim and the metal core. Used a saw to help get the rim out of the holder. Did a lot of hammering to get the new one in and used a clamp to push it through.

Installed silicone intercooler lines... Also intalled stainless steel brake lines and cross drilled rotors and ceramic pads! Stops really good now!

OK so I've been looking online---I can get a used tranny for about $600-800 delivered to a loading dock--I guess they don't have lift gates on their delivery vehicles--most semi's don't--just have to get installation prices--I miss my T6 but the Mustang is lots of fun to drive!!!! VROOM VROOM. Anyone know the approx cost of a tranny install on a 2000 s80 T6?

Dyed the bumpers, Forever Black. Wow, this car is dark. Can't wait to tint the windows.

Had to glue down a door still, left rear door. Also had to glue down the rear hatch seal at the top.
