bolts on turbo oil drain pipe

are you referring to the two bolts that hold the turbo oil return line to the turbo? Those should either be a hex or torx head so the safest way to remove is to hit with some PB Blaster and soak for a while then use the right tool that fits the head - ie a hex bit or a torx bit on a socket wrench (not sure which it is - I haven't looked at my 850's in years). Not sure why you'd want stronger bolts - just buy some replacements if the old ones are scored up from a prior misuse of tools (Volvo likes to use torx - a pain but still better than those triple squares on older Audis!) Usually its the paper gasket that causes the leaks not how tight the bolts are :-)
