I bought a motor at a junkyard from a '95 850. The odometer said 132k, but we all know about Volvo odometers.

I know how to read the mileage with the OBD1 port, so I want to buy whatever I need off the wrecked car, plug it in to my car, and see how many miles were actually on the car I got the motor out of.

Question is, what do I need? I've read that the mileage info is stored in the ECU, and I've read that it's in the speedo cluster. Which do I need? Or do I need both?
