2007 C70 blend door actuator replacement

2007 C70 blend door actuator replacement
i was told that the blend door is not fully closing causing my ac not to fully cool correctly. my question is . 1 is this a very complicated fix requiring the dashboard to be taken apart or is it a simple fix i can do from under the dash
