Post Blend Door Location on '96 960 Wagon

Howdy, this is my first post of about 1000 others I will probably make in the future. I'm 16 and from a big family that owns 7 Volvo's (5 of which are 960 Wagons). Whenever one of them has a problem, my dad wants me to try and fix them so I can get experience before buying my own. But anyway-

Here's the problem: When I start the car and turn the air onto 5, there's no air blowing out of the four upper vents. They're all open and the control is set to blow air out of those vents. But I had heard that the blend door may not be allowing the air flow to go to the upper vents. The air comes out fine on the lower vents. But I don't know even where the blend door is located.

I don't know how understandable this question is, I'm just trying to list a bunch of facts so that someone may be able to figure the problem out. I would appreciate any information anyone may have on the problem.

-Thanks

I'm not really sure if these will help, but I took a few pictures of where I'm at. We have a 960 Wagon that blew a timing belt pulley and well... you know the rest. So I have a complete parts car to replace any parts I might need.

-They aren't the best pictures, but I hope they help.-

If there's anything else I could say to improve my question, let me know.

~Thanks

I'm not sure where the door is but you may want to put the fan on 1 and stick you head down there to see if you can hear it change while you change the selector.
