Default Intermittent Cruise control on 2004 C70

So I have a strange issue with my cruise. Sometimes it works and sometimes it will just turn off while driving (my feet are not on any pedals). I didn't see a fuse. There are also times I can pull off the road, turn off the car and some times it will work and sometimes it won't. I don't work on cars so I am hoping this is an easy fix.

Thanks in advance,
Mark

I would start digging in the electrical, could be a computer issue as well. The fact that shutting and restarting the car sometimes fixes the issue points to electrical. My best guess is a sensor somewhere. If you don't work on cars at least check and see if anything is lose.
