I've heard tha a boat makes a hole in the water that owners throw money into.

In march of this year I purchased a beautiful 99' V70 and was pleased for a week with it. Then, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. To make this short. After diagnosis and advice from this forum, Volvo dealer, Rocha-Tek and XeModex. I have had the ABS unit replaced, (Rocha-Tek), electronic throttle body, (XeModex), and have dumped almost a thousand dollars into "refurbished" parts. According to the Volvo dealer, the transmission has a locking solenoid problem. They don't repair, just replace. I took it to a transmission shop diagnosis and repair and it was running without issues or error codes until, you guessed it, I pulled into their shop where all the pretty lights started their blinky blink. They wouldn't look at it unti they could test drive it under "normal" conditions. Well, for me, this seems normal now.
Has anyone else dealt with similar problems with their V70?

I'm ready to pay a homless guy $50. to 'steal' it and torch it for the insurance money.
