98 V70 GLT MAF replacement...
Hey folks:
First post here, I was hoping for some help on my V70, which has 130k and I've had for five years. I love this car dearly, but it's been stalling out on me when I slow down, and from what I've read, disconnecting the MAF can help. So I did, and so far (so good), it hasn't stalled at all, even though it idles up and down, like it's trying to stall, but it doesn't quite seem to. My question is, now what? Do I replace the MAF, I've read that doesn't seem to help much. Can I leave it unplugged? What will happen if I do?
Thanks for the help guys, I hope this works.
