Can I put 215/60/15 on my 1999 V70 GLT Wagon?

I have a 1999 V70 GLT Wagon, can I put 215/61R15 on there?

You can put anything that you can talk a tire shop into. You may be better off going to a 16" wheel.

Yes, you can. In fact 215/60/15 is the closest size to 195/65/15 205/55/16.

205/55 will give you best handling, 195/65 best fuel economy, 215/60 will give you the best load-carrying capacity. Most tires of that size have a 94 load index versus 89 or 91 of the other two sizes.
