and if so can you guys give me some basic steps and helpful hints in the prosses. should i use the ECU's from the turbo car and put it on my regular 2.4i thank you guys for the help im also wondering about the intercooler or should i order one from ipd?thank uyou guys for the replies

 

It is ALOT of work to do what you want.

If you really wanted to do it you should buy the entire car and swap everything over.

You will need the motor or custom make parts for the turbo oiling system.
Engine harness
engine computer
exhaust
coolant hoses and pipes
and I bet a few other things I forget at the moment.

But If I were you I will sell mine and buy a turbo model rather then going thru all those sleepless nights thinking about fixing one issue after another next morning.

 

yeah sound like alot of work , im just gonna put it for sale, and get whole new car hopefully i can find a t5. also what is the difference between a glt motor, the turbo,and the t5 ,other than one has 190hp,222hp, 244hp? is it just the psi the turbos make?

 

The motor has some differences. The compression ratio is different.
But with Mods the GLT can be built up and produce much more power.
