Removed and installed timing belt last week during a repair procedure.

Didn't have cam gears locked and yes, they did move. Thought I had everything lined up correctly. However, on cold start up, the engine idles low and almost stalls. After 30 seconds it smooths itself out. Vehicle seems to run ok but does lack some power off idle. Now these 2 codes have popped up. Any ideas?
