Front/Rear Brakes....

Front/Rear Brakes....
First off just got the 2000 V70 R last night from a good friend so I know a good deal about its history.
So here is my question...please don't flame as I have used the search bar...From what I have seen there are a few different front brake options that were installed for these cars; 280 mm, 302 mm and 320 mm. As I understand it the 302 mm was US spec for the 2000 V70 R. Can some one please verify my thought process?
Secondly the rear brakes, my friend had a terrible time finding parts that were correct for the VIN (hence the unicorn moniker). Ended up sending the calipers to Texas for a rebuild. I like to start with fresh rotors and pads all around especially since I'm giving the car to my mother-in-law. Any information on them would be great. I can provide the VIN if it helps.
UPDATE:
Got the brake part #s figured out. And a vendor sent me FWD pads in the process so if anyone in interested in a set of power stop 16-031 ceramic pads for $20 let me know.
Thanks for any help,
James

When I need to find OEM part numbers, I like to go to dealer web stores like TASCAPARTS.COM and VOLVOPARTSWAREHOUSE.COM (you can plug the VIN into their web sites as well). Pretty sure the calipers/pads are the same for all models - its the carriers (that c shaped bracket) that differentiates between the 280s (11") and 302s (11.9") rotors. I don't think there was ever a 320mm disk option. The 302s were common with the C70s and the 280s with the 850s.
