Well, I'm STILL trying to fix my fuel pump assembly, at the gauge, dash and lights.

There are two main wire clusters coming out of the assembly panel in the body floor, I was able to splice wires to eliminate the once set of two wires and got my gauge and dash lights to FINALLY work, but only for half a tank?

Very confused. If i had a full wiring diagram for just the fuel system, I could find out why my gauge only works for half the harness at the assembly.

Anyone of any help with this? Any numbers I can check on a multimeter?

ALSO, I have replaced the whole assembly already with a FACTORY volvo part. driving around with a non working gas gauge is extremely frustrating!

 

Buller? Buller? Anyone......... No volvo techs on here. I know that have access to this info.

PLEASE need some help.

 

I think I am having an issue with the wires that run to #7, the injector? HAH, and its MORE than the actual pump.....?????
