As I posted before about all these codes I was getting and car running horrible and no power, I diagnosed it to be the throttle body. I called the dealer and they said that the throttle bodies for the 99 non turbos has gone down in price from 600 to 440 and I then thought it was time to change it. I did see used ones on ebay that came out of cars that had been updated and gave the part # to my friend who works for Volvo parts and said it would work but needed to be programed. So I took a chance with a used one. I disconnected the battery for at least 3 hrs then installed the used TB and reconnected the battery and it fired right up and now finally runs perfect. Is this issue over or will it start to run bad again and then have to get it programed?
