I am a new Member, V70T 2.0Ltre Cooling Fan problem
V70T Cooling Fans notcoming on;
I have traced the purple wire that I thought was a trigger, to the 5th Coil.
Upon finding this, all of my wiring to the coils are melted.Stuck together.
How, it still runs right, I do not know, thanks to small mercies, that it has
not shorted coils out.
Anyway, the cooling fan works, when applying power to it, but not on the car.
I see there is a unit in front on the fan, that looks costly?
Does anyone know what this item does?
Is there any Thermal switch on this motor?
Or, does this unit do exactly that?
My vehicle is a 2000 model V70T 2.0 liter Turbo wagon
