Default P0171 Problems

Hey All -

Very frustrated old man here. My base '99 V70 keeps throwing the P0171 code at me (lean - bank 1). I know the main 3 culprits of this are a vacuum leak, the upstream 02 sensor, or a dirty/malfunctioning MAF sensor.

So I've searched high and low for vacuum leaks, and come up with nothing (the only think I haven't done is had the engine smoked). I swapped out the MAF sensor with one from a salvage yard (I know it's remotely possible that it's bad too, but the car is running perfectly). And earlier this week I replaced the upstream O2 Sensor with the right Denso part.

After driving for about 75 miles, the CEL came back on, and I again have the P0171 code. Same old same old.

Other than the drop in mileage, the car seems to be running perfectly.

Any great ideas?
