The water squiter thing on the back window of my 1999 V70 has stopped workkng.. How can i fix it?

 

recently fixed this on my XC. On mine, would hear pump, but nothing would come out. On the back side of the nozzle was a 90 degree part that was blocked, might be a check valve, anyway I just removed it and worked the hose so it would reach without that part. Because of back pressure it had popped the line at a connector under rear side floor on pass side so that also had to be reconnected.
