Exclamation V70 '98 2.5tdi EGR Bolt broken - requesting advice/ help

Hello all,

I am new here and if a certain similar thread has been posted than I apologize upfront. I was searching EGR but the search engine does not allow me to search on only that keyword

Car:
V70, 1998, 2.5tdi, 240K km

What happened:
I recently bought my Volvo V70 (and insanely happy with it) and today I thought to be so smart to try and remove the EGR and have it cleaned. Whilst trying to loosen the lower bolts (exhaust side?) I broke one of the rusted bolts, please find the picture attached.

question:
How bad is this? Despite the bolt being broken off there is no movement whatsoever, I assume its soo rusted that it will stay shut. But what could happen if it started loosening?

Side info:
I am very much a newbie at this stuff, I will bring the car to a plce where they can fix my mistake, but I will still want to clean out or replace the EGR.

To conclude, how bad is this? the car drives the same as before I started messing it up.

many thanks in advance,

Dennis
