Engine idle rough

I have a 2000 XC70 AWE SE. PVC has been changed and cleaned out. 146K

The engine idles very rough it varies up and down between 1000 and 500. Nocodes, can't see or hear any vacuum leaks. Doesn’t stall out just reves up anddown all the time.

Does anyone have any idea?

Have you scanned for codes? Also, you may want to check closer for vacuum leaks.

If you have a scanner, unplug the MAF and see if the idle stabilizes.
