Default Won't start... Turns over fine but no start.

I have gas, new plugs and wires and new cap and rotor all as of 6 months ago. The car has been running great and we drove to the beach and all went well. The car sat for a day and we went out to start it and no go. Turns over fine and sounds normal. Don't have much here for tools but am wondering if there is a fuse to check or anything for the fuel pump? Seems like spark should be fine and there is a half tank of gas in her but she doesn't even sputter just turning over forever.

Tried with the pedal to the floor, half way, and no throttle and all the same response. Checked for loose connections under the hood and disconnected the battery for a while and reconnected it also.

Any thoughts? Thanks for the help!

If it is before a 99 and you have gas at the fuel rail (assuming the injectors work) spark and compression the only thing that will cause the vehicle not to start is the can sensor on the exhaust.

Thanks! The car started fine the next time we went to try and monkey with it. I think that's the problem also! Thanks for the quick responses!

It is a 98 so I would guess you are spot on.
