01’ V70 T5 New tires, and rack,rides like a dreamst
Just had some new Continental extreme contact sports put on my recently purchased 2001 V70 T5. Bought car a month ago with only 114000 mi . Had old tires and play in steering. Paid $3700. Wow, is all I have to say. Car drives so solid and tight now with these two things. What a pleasure to drive. Once I upgrade sound system and get the new shocks and struts I will be set. Happy owner

It all sounds good but don't be surprised if the control arm bushings need replacement soon. They are rubber and do fail. I suggest replacing them with poly bushings when the time comes.
I bought a pair of control arms ahead of time so I could load the bushings then just pop them in.
I have my original arms waiting to be rebuilt for someone in your position.
