Default '01 V70 T5 PCV refresh

Apologies in advance, I am still new to Volvos. I bought my 01 V70 T5 with roughly 180k a few months ago, long story short, after a drive in very hot weather, it dribbled a few oz of oil out of the cam seals. I have since replaced both front and real seals, however I noticed it was missing the front intake cam seal (non-timing belt side, hope i got that right). I assume this was removed to alleviate crank case pressure, thus I am embarking on refreshing the PCV system. After talking to a former Volvo tech, he advised me that I didn't really need to replace the breather box, is this correct? Additionally, I read mixed things, is the banjo bolt on the underside of the intake mani single use, or is it just the crush washers that are single use? My biggest fear is the breather box being totally gunked up and not venting at all.

Finally, here's a list of parts I bought, for referents, I plan to replace the upper rubber hose, because its cheap and it has to come off anyways and the main PCV hose as well. I plan on thoroughly cleaning the banjo bolt as well. Please let me know if there's anything I missed that I ought to pick up:
- top flame trap vent hose
- PCV main hose
- aluminum crush washers
- intake mani gasket
- injector o-rings

The crush washers are single use on the banjo bolt, but replace the bolt too. It can get gunked up. I believe the older ones actually used a ball bearing and it could wear down and end up in your intake. no good. I would also advice replacing the nippIe the banjo bolt goes in. It can get gummed up. Check out FCP's video on a thorough replacement and a part # for that PCV NippIe so you dont need to buy the entire (expensive) hose. Clean your throttle body while you are in there. I think you should replace the breather box.

check out FCP and IPD USA as they sell kits with the part numbers required. Not sure if the 01 is similar to the older 850 PCV where access to the separator and hoses require lifting of the intake manifold or not. On the 850s, its recommended to also make sure the block ports are clear as they can fill with gunk. Some techs recommend dropping the oil pan as well to really clean the bottom end. If you model has the oil separator up top, then you can remove that and inspect - usually they fail when the diaphram tears. You can probably find a video on Youtube to confirm what's involved.
