04 v70 air and heat both cut off when driving

04 v70 air and heat both cut off when driving
During the summer, when using the air, it will cut off and blow warm air. During the Winter, when using the heat, it will cut off and blow cool air. Does anyone have any insight as to what might cause this? Thanks
