2001 V 70 T5 cylinder 5 misfire

Hello, I have a 2001 V70 with T5 motor and am getting a code for engine misfire on cylinder 5. I changed the plugs and replaced the coil on cylinder 5. Any advice on where I should look next?

Compression test and cylinder leakage test.

Also maybe take a look at the coil wiring harness. I just replaced mine on my 2003 V40 and it was on its last leg.
