Default 2001 V70 xc awd Breather box Newbie General question

Ok so I have searched the forums and I see there is a lot of issues around this topic, here is my Problem.
oil is everywhere all over the top of the head ,down the side of the timing belt housing. I did the rubber glove test over the oil cap and it did not inflate, but actually sucked the glove in,but the engine was cold. pulled the oil dip stick out while running no smoke or hissing sound.I pulled the intake off to get a closer look and found no real issues with any of the hoses, inlets at engine block appear clear, breather box/oil catch box is very lite and "appears" not to be cloged. when the engine was still together I could pinpoint a pretty good oil leak seaping out of the cam shaft seal the problem is I can not see if the rear cam seal behind it is leaking due to the solid style gear.my question is if the breather box is pluged is there a way of telling its pluged by visually looking inside it,maybe its cracked inside ? will replacing this box stop those seals from leaking since the box will be new, also I want to note that the banjo bolt junction is also not pluged.should I just plan to replace the tbelt and all the seals on that side of the engine including the waterpump put it all back together and cross my fingers? I want to mention that my main seal appears to be dry between the transmission and engine. car has 191k with a brand new transmission installed a year ago.

Cam seals can leak even without a plugged PCV. Make sure the ports in the block are also clean.
