Default 2002 V70 running rough..

Hello all. I have a 2002 petrol V70 2.4 SE auto. 148,000 miles. It was running rough over 50/60mph when engine is hot. I have replaced the fuel filter, ignition coils and plugs, but still running rough when hot. Engine starts juddering about 60mph and continues running rough even at 40mph. Ok pottering around town at 30/40mph. I don't use it much, about 1700 miles per year. Has been suggested that the fuel is getting stale and affecting running? Still got over half a tank of fuel to get through. Any ideas? Thanks!

I think the problem might be a faulty replacement ignition coil. Had error code 'Cylinder Two Misfire'. Have replaced the (new) ignition coil on cylinder two. Now for a one hour test drive.

Update: It was a faulty new ignition coil. New coil fitted, and runs fine.
