Hi, another new member here...

I have a 2004 v70 which I bought new. It has 284,000 miles on it and this morning the drivers door was a little sticky when I unlocked it.

Now the dash has a drivers door open warning, the windows don't work, I have to manually turn off the interior lights and a bell continues to sound.

Any suggestions?

the vanity lights, seat belt warning etc all share the same circuit (I think its fuse 14) so it sounds like you may have a connection/short issue somewhere possibly in the seatbelt warning set up. Did you notice if you pinched a wire trying to open the door? Also check under the seats to see if somebody kicked one of the wires or if it got pinched in a seat rail. As to the window, check the fuses as well.
