all dash,radio,everything dim HELP!!!!
Biggest mistake I did an will never do again.. I used my Volvo 2002 v70xc to jump start a friend. the next day when the sun was up I noticed everything the like my radio, the little window that tell me how many mileages I have left to an empty tank, I had my alternator an battery checked plus checked all the little fuse's pulled them out an looked at them none are burnt out. but are working fine no issues. can anyone tell me what is wrong with it? I used the owner manual to make sure I did the jump start the other car the right way

A lot of people do NOT know how to jump another car. They usually have both cable ends hooked up to both batteries, that is NOT correct. The dead car should have the POS cable connected and the NEG cable should be connected to a ground on the car away from the battery.
Besides that, I suggest that you disconnect the battery for 30 minutes and then re-connect it. If that doesn't reset it, I would have it checked out by a professional.
By the way, I have been driving for 33 years and did not EVER jump anyone with my car until 2 years ago. Purchased my very first set of jumper cables last year at the age of 48. And I've been working on cars since 1985. Don't do it without one of those special jumper boxes that they sell at the stores.
