Default Bought 04 V70 with 230,000 miles.

Bought 04 V70 with 230,000 miles, and no service history. The sticker for the timing belt says it was changed at 108,000, so I know that I want to change that, and the serp belt and tensioner.
What else should I have done at the same time ti eliminate future headaches?
Thank you!

I would replace the water pump (with only the factory brand) at the second timing belt (now). You should make sure the pcv system has been serviced/replaced. It's a bummer when 6 months from now the leaking cam seals ruin the new timing belt because the pcv system was clogged.
