2001 v70 my brake lights in rear will not go off ..even after parked and keys out ..what fuse can I pull or something I can do ?

 

There are several documented cases where candles form in the tail light housings. These candles can sometimes be lit from the heat of the bulbs.

There is an anti-candle spray available from the dealer. Call your Volvo parts department and ask for it.

 

There's a switch on the pedal (high up) which can fail and is easily replaceable.
