I have an 04 v70 that had a CEL reading a minor evap leak. I was directed to the right hose a replaced the old cracked one. After the replacement, I have been unable to fill the tank more than a few gallons (or if I stood there all day and put in a drop at a time). I know this would have to do with the charcoal canister or the valve, but I am wondering the best approach to fix the issue.

I have to get under the car soon and drop the exhaust to replace a few brackets before winter so I would like to get after the whole thing then, but I don't want to order parts unless I know for sure if I need them.
