New to the forum and the Volvo brand ,I've bought a V70 2.4 D5 06 SE
registered with FSH belt changed twice ,once at 130 odds then again at 160 odds of maintenance records .it was a cheap buy given it had 3 wks left on the MOT .
It had bad steering pump and fluid after a change and flush with a new reservoir things seem so much better.
On today's testdrive I noticed thud going over a bump,I had the car jacked up but found no play . On the last MOT it had an advisory for a shocker , would I do a top mount at the same time as a shocker.
May be a silly question but I've no clue on the best way to fault find, I was going Todo suspension arms ball joints and track arms but looking they all seem fine all bushes seem fine.
Is there sub frame bushes know to go on these cars .
