Hello there,

A few months ago we found a low mileage '06 V70 with 60k miles in fantastic shape, but every time you start the engine it revs high for about 10 seconds or so, and then settles back at low idle.

This is normal for a cold engine, but it does it every single time, even with the engine hot, what could be the cause?
