Redoing the front end with new control arms, ball joints, tie rod ends, sway bars, and Bilstein HD struts and new nuts/bolts.

Can someone help me out with the Torque Specs for a 04 v70 or where to get them ???

I ordered a Haynes but was looking for actual Volvo (ie VADIS).
I am new to Volvo and dont know anything about VADIS.

Any insight would be appreciated.
