Default Headlight Switch Interchange

I have a 2004 v70 has no fog lights , can I use the headlight from a 2004 S60 that has no fog lights will the switch interchange from the S60 to fit my V70 ? thanks everyone

I do not know. I guess that it would work because fog lights are operated by a different switch.
I have read that our cars need to be programmed if fog lights are installed. I'm guessing that said programming effects electronics downstream of the headlight switch.

Check on line parts places and see if the part numbers for the two cars are the same for the switch.
