Hello all,

I'm seriously thinking about buying my first Volvo and have spotted this.

I know that these cars can comfortably cope with mileages like this and a check on its MoT history doesn't throw up anything worrying. What should I be looking for and asking about?

1) ask if the owner has the maintenance history.

2) get a professional inspection done if you are serious about buying

3) the car is 12 years old with 200K miles so expect some repairs - don't buy if you don't work on your own or if you don't have a trusty local mechanic.
