Default Long Term fuel trim

I have a 2001 Volvo V70 with the 2.4t engine. The check engine light was read by a shop and they told me it was long term fuel trim. It's running fine, any ideas what it could be? Thanks for the help.

probably a vacuum leak or could be a dirty MAF, idle air valve or throttle body.
