I have been saved on here many times - most recent I had a whistling sound and a guy said to have the car on, unscrew the oil cap and if the sound stops, its the PCV Breather System - and it was!

So now........
For the past year, on rare occasions, when starting the car, it wouldn't start. But then I would push the clutch in and forcefully turn the key and voila! it started.
Got a new battery at Costco in July.
Wednesday, car won't start, but used my little jumper battery USB thingie and it started. When I got home to unload stuff, I notice the rear brake light /plastic was very hot.
This AM, went to start it - nothing no crank no clicks but full lights and blower and radio- used my jumper with full power and each time I "jumped it" the battery took one light of power til the jumper was dead and red flashing.
Got home today after work with a full charge on the little jumper battery - same thing - no crank, no clicks but full power lights and blower and radio and battery jump just ate up the little jumper power.

Is this sounding like an ignition switch or ? Cause now I will have to have it towed and be out a car for a few days.
