Default P0300 : Random/multiple misfires

Hi!
2001 V70 l5 140hp.
I get P0300 only except one time also P0301, happened first time right after starting for the day, engine gets real sluggish accelerating below 1500 and above 2000, similar to a couple of coils I changed a year ago or so. Changes all plugs, and noticed that oil has been pooling up on the top. Some oil have made way down to the plug on cylinder 1. Noticeable worse condition from the next 4 plugs. I think there is no problem with the electrics, I will try to check fuel system tomorrow. Also I've been suggested clogged injector. Any advice is appreciated. I should also add that there is a bit of a tiny squeal from the engine when accelerating, and that the engine stalls frequently when going idle while warm. And that ECU and so on is in SET in the DTC interface.

if you are getting oil pooling around the spark plugs, its likely you have a clogged PVC system that needs to be serviced. If you have already changed plugs, next would be to swap coils - ie put #1 where #3 is and vice versa. If you now get a P0303, you know your coil is bad. If you still get a P0301, then you either have a bad connector to the coil (check for cracks and corrosion on the contacts) or a dirty injector. If you suspect the injectors, try throwing a can of Techron injector cleaner into your next tank of gas - and run premium (most name brand high octane gas has added detergents).

Thanks! I'm pretty sure the oil on the top is my own doing with an unsteady hand. I've cleaned the top and with degreaser. I also added injector cleaner to a tank of regular, and switched the coils around. Maybe I'll get a new cylinder specific code eventually, but I usually only get P0300 "Drivetrain" code.
