Passenger door trim
#2
Unscrew the big screws which hold the armrests on.
Unscrew the small screw in the trim piece where the door opener handle (the one you pull to get out of the car).
Get a 1" to 1.5" putty knife and walk it around the perimeter of the door panel.
When you feel an obstruction it's a "pop clip". Pry by twisting the putty knife. Go around the whole door.
It's common for some of the plastic clips to break during this kind of operation.
See if there's a body shop supply shop near you before resorting to a Volvo dealer (or any brand car dealer) for replacements as many are generic.
Have a long, thin flat blade screwdriver handy to assist in releasing electric plugs.
