Question Sunroof inop

I purchased a 2001 V70 this afternoon. While trying to sync the HomeLink buttons I killed the battery. We jumped it off my pickup, however we did not use the recommended ground- because I didn't read the manual first (first time VOlvo owner...) After the jump I noticed that the vanity mirror lights/cabin lighting operated by buttons/sunroof no longer worked. I changed the fuse that's mounted driver side dash and tested for juice, which it had, but I still have none of the lighting/operation. After looking through the manual it was decided that the next course of action was the ECM. Before I delve into this project, are there any recommendations or tidbits of knowledge out there that may shed some light on my lightless problem?

Welcome to the forum, sorry it's under these circumstances

Was the fuse you replaced blown ??
Have you checked ALL the fuses ??
Any chance you momentarily hooked the cables up backwards ??

The ECM should be the very last thing you check. Unless when you say ECM you're talking about something other than the engines computer.
