In October 2017 I bought a 2002 V70 Station Wagon. Non turbo.

Can't remember now how many miles it had at the time.

But few months later, possibly the start of 2018 I flushed the Transmission through the pipe that goes to the transmission cooler. Used up 12 Quarts of Mobil 3309 fluid.

I flushed, not drained the transmission.

So now it has been about 4 yrs, the car has 170,000 miles on it now. I have to look up how many miles I drove it since I bought it.

Do I need to do the Transmission Flush again ?

I am not having any issues with the Transmission. Even though couple of times it did jump into gear couple of seconds later (Instead of right away).

The other question is the Timing Belt. I have not done that since I bought the car. The previous owner did not know if it was done but I have looked at it and it looked brand new. no cracks or anything.

Should it be replaced, I don't drive a lot of miles even though I had the car for 4 yrs.

I wouldn't worry about the tranny fluid, particularly if it looks/smells normal (ie black/burnt smell is bad, brown or brownish red is good). Having done it once should last you another 100K miles. You can certainly do another set of drain fills - ie drain 2 quarts out (measured), add 2 quarts. Repeat 3-4 times and you should be good to go for the price of 8 quarts and a long neck funnel.

In terms of the timing belt, these cars are due at 120K / 10 years whichever comes first (confirm with your owners manual) with a new belt and tensioner. If you are unsure, see if there's any tells, ie markings around the engine or stickers, notes in the owners manual etc. Look at the belt to see if it looks OEM or not and whether the belt has a date code on it. Considering the age of the car, you should be getting onto belt #3 by 2022 if not already done already. I'd recommend you just get it done if you don't have any proof its been done recently.
