best to use an online dealer web store that has parts diagrams or simply find a local yard with some similar year Volvos that lets you walk around and pick your own parts.

 

Thanks for responding and I ended up finding the part on the Dashboard Diagram, it's an Air Duct Cap

 

cool, now try googling by the part number ie something like "Volvo 39856801" to find a dealer store. Make sure you order up the correct color and side :-) Tascaparts.com is my go to dealer store btw - best prices and here in New England
