I was driving on the Highway this morning and I was sensing some hesitations on the car power. When I tried to "floor" the car the idle would not go up, if I was driving around 100-110 Km/h the car was doing fine. But then it starting acting like someone was pressing on the break almost as if the car was losing power. I got out of the highway stopped at the stop sign and then it got way worst RPM was going from 1000 to 2000 revving up and down like crazy.... So I did a bit of research tonight and some people are saying it might be the ETM ? Can I just clean it and **** will be fine or I really need to replace it ?

UPDATE : So I manage to catch a of the problem if that can help someone give me pointers
