I've got a Vibration on front the front feels like it's coming from drivers side, I thought it could have been a buckled wheel as I had my wheels balanced and tyres changed, but it was still there, so I've bought some different wheels n tyres and it's still there comes in at around 50mph n don't go it seems to get worse, possible bent drive shaft?

My short list of possible causes for a vibration: Axle/CV joint, wheel bearing, brake rotor, motor mounts, suspension bushings.
Given you've said the vibration doesn't change when applying the brakes, I'd discount the rotors. Does the vibration/sound change in a sweeping left turn vs sweeping right? (tell for a wheel bearing). Does the vibration change if you drop into neutral when going say 40-50 mph? (motor mount test), Does it change when accellerating or when engine braking? Any clicking doing a lock to lock K turn or when backing out of a parking space? (CV joints)? Any sign of axle boot tears/leaks? To test the suspension bushings you'd need to jack up the car (both front wheels together if possible) and push/pull the wheels for any signs of play, turning the steering to feel for play etc.

generally a vibration that comes on at 50 is wheel related, lost a weight or something. Try putting the fronts on the back etc and see if it goes away or moves. Otherwise its likely an axle going. Once the knuckle gets loose it will usually get bad quickly...
Open the hood, put the car in gear and gently give it a little gas while holding the brake solidly. Watch to see if the motor rocks more than it should. You can usually see if the front or upper is bad (they go first) just by watching the top of the motor in the gap between the cowl and bottom of the open hood.
Good luck
