Default vibration, vibration, then more vibration

Hi guys

I have had this problem for a very long time now, tried pretty much everything:

basically all started i can't really remember when:

first : up to 85mph then vibration starts stops over 90mph

- thought it was a slow puntcher, which then the tyreswere replace all around

then gone for a while, and came back

had tracking done because i thought it was that, then the garage messed up my tracking, and the vibration was still there

then had tracking checked again and the garage said i have to replace my front wishbones, so i did

vibration is reduced but still there and i do notice it and now at around 70-80 mph it vibrates

then I thought it was to do with a leaky wheel at the front and hence unbalanced tyre pressure, had that fixed, no change

then had all wheels balanced again and tracking redone today, and now it vibrated at 60-70mph, worse than before.

vibrations is only through streering wheel.

I have had all brake pads replaced cos I once thought it was the brakes.

i have tried different tyre pressure, and not really changed anything, but higher pressure will results is less feeling of vibration, but still there at the particular speeds

what do i do now???? Thanks!

Sometimes the belts will shift in the tire causing a vibration. Even on new tires it does it.
